Part-Time Freelance Content Coordinator – Venue Report
Venue Report is looking for a Part-Time, Freelance Content Coordinator to join our team! If you have a sharp eye for stunning travel and event imagery, thrive on organization, and love curating visuals that inspire group trips and gatherings, this role is for you.
You’ll work closely with our Editor, Sales Team, and Creative Director to source, secure, and manage imagery for our online magazine and social channels. This is a remote role with occasional in-person meetups and video conference meetings.
What You'll Do:
- Source & curate on-brand images that drive engagement across digital platforms as directed by the Editor
- Secure permissions by reaching out to venues, hotels, and photographers
- Collaborate with sales to align editorial content with partnership opportunities
- Keep it organized—track outreach, follow-ups, and permissions while keeping the editorial team informed
- Input & layout photos and copy into editorial templates with a clean, magazine-worthy aesthetic
- Ensure quality—review content before publishing to guarantee it’s audience-ready
- Analyze & report on content performance to refine future editorial strategies
- Assist with onboarding venues to the marketplace and offering suggestions on how to visually increase the aesthetic of their venue profiles
- Attend team meetings—virtual calls and occasional in-person meetups required
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Design skills? Bonus! A good eye for Canva & social media design is a plus!
- Social media skills? Bonus! The ability to create reels is a plus!

DETAILS:
- Remote, part-time freelance role (with occasional meetups)
- $20 per hour / 24 hours per week
- Must be based local to the Nashville or surrounding area for in-person meetings as needed
