This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including events, portraits, and promotional content. A strong understanding of both photography and videography is essential, as well as proficiency in editing software.

Candidates MUST be comfortable with the flexible schedule. Hours will vary. Candidates must be able to use their own camera equipment/the site will not provide equipment for them.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs for various projects, including events, product shoots, and lifestyle sessions.
• Edit and retouch photos using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Capture One to enhance visual appeal.
• Produce video content as needed, utilizing skills in videography and video production techniques.
• Manage color theory and color management throughout the editing process to ensure consistency in all visual outputs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and deliver innovative work.
• Assist in social media management by providing engaging visual content that aligns with brand messaging.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and subjects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere for video editing and photo manipulation software.
• Familiarity with color theory and effective color management practices.
• Experience in video production or videography is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in capturing unique perspectives through photography.
• Must have an Instagram and some other examples of your work.
• Boudoir and other highly creative types encouraged to apply.
