What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Assistant Food & Beverage Manager position at VenuWorks of Cedar Rapids?
VenuWorks of Cedar Rapids manages the Alliant Energy PowerHouse, Paramount Theatre, and our outdoor venue McGrath Amphitheater. We are seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to focus on catering and hospitality to our touring acts. This salaried management position will require a strong background in catering and hospitality. This position will demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, time management skills, ability to manage/train part time staff and their schedules, and perform monthly inventory counts.
VenuWorks operates in a dynamic environment in hosting premier national entertainment in our venues. This position will be required to work assigned events taking place in the evenings and weekends.
Benefits, 401k retirement plan, and insurance offered. Salary will be based upon work experience and education. Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar high-volume food service operation with similar duties and responsibilities.
