Compensation & Benefits :
- Compensation : $15.00-$21.00 / hour based on experience
- Shift Differentials : $2.50 Evening
- Sign On Bonus : $3500
- Pay In Lieu of Benefits Option : $2.50

Available Shifts :
Evening : 8-hour shifts 2p-10p
About the Role : Venza Care is seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at our new location in Huntsville.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting significant changes to the supervising nurse
- Participate in community activities and events to enhance the patient experience
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans
Qualifications :
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
