**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, specializing in dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation, educating patients and staff on communication and swallowing strategies, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives in patient care.
**Requirements:**
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Current state SLP license and ASHA CCC
* 2 years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
* Expertise in dysphagia management and cognitive rehabilitation
* Passion for geriatric care and interdisciplinary collaboration
