Job Summary : The Senior Recruiter is involved in the full-cycle recruitment process working closely with our technical and business teams which include : Operations, Engineering, Data, People, and Finance. You will play an important role in coaching hiring managers, advising talent acquisition strategies, executing quickly, prioritizing often, and building processes. You will enjoy variety in your work and are excited to support functions ranging from engineering to operations, recruit levels from associates to engineers, and own sourcing strategies from building your own diverse pipelines to managing agencies.
Responsibilities :
- Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing with a focus on strong hiring manager partnerships and candidate advocacy.
- Creativity with sourcing; managing relationships with Senior Leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates (passive and active) by driving initiatives like branding, events, sourcing and referrals.
- Use data to influence hiring strategies and educate interview teams.
- Manage multiple hiring pipelines and projects with a keen eye for prioritization.
- Partner with technical stakeholders to recruit on technical, data and engineering jobs
- Coordinate seamless interview process including scheduling, building scorecards, rubric, and ensuring interview plan is fluid and timely.
