Please note : This is an onsite position based out of headquarters in Santa Monica, CA.
Job Responsibilities :
- Project Coordination : Ensure the successful execution of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines. Take the initiative on special projects as needed, demonstrating leadership and project management capabilities.
- Meeting Management : Schedule meetings, prepare detailed agendas, and document meeting minutes. Track and follow up on action items to ensure their timely completion.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Gather and analyze data, utilizing basic scripting and SQL queries to generate insightful reports. Produce actionable recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication of project statuses, timelines, and expectations.
- Ad-hoc Support : Provide support on various projects and ad-hoc tasks as required, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to take on diverse challenges.
- Script coding or conducting code reviews to fix problems as they arise.

Veo is a total compensation company, and pay is determined by geographic cost of labor and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training - so not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
Below is the expected salary range for this position. The listed range is a good faith estimate, and exact compensation and total package may vary depending on market conditions and candidate qualifications.
