Are you interested in IT and are interested in assisting people to keep everything IT-related under control? Then you might be Veo Technologies’ new IT student assistant. We seek a proactive student assistant to join our IT department with various challenging and varied tasks in our Copenhagen office.

Your typical tasks will include, among other things:
  • Helping to support our users/colleagues in the Copenhagen and Miami office with small and large IT challenges
  • Setting up and preparing IT equipment
  • User administration and on/off-boarding of users
  • Updating and preparing technical documentation and guides
  • Help and support for new employees and daily support tasks
  • Preparing, maintaining and purchasing various hardware
  • Servicing equipment in meeting rooms and common areas and receiving and delivering equipment
  • Participate in the implementation of new IT systems
  • User support and guidance for both PC and Mac
  • Handle ad hoc tasks


You are the person we are looking for if you:
  • Are a good student who is probably completing your bachelor’s or higher education in IT
  • Have a flair for IT and possess a good understanding of business
  • Are systematic, structured and have an eye for detail
  • Have skills and interests within IT
  • Are outgoing and have a positive approach to the various tasks
  • You are passionate about providing a good service
  • You understand your colleague’s/user’s problem and translate this into practice so that the task is solved quickly and efficiently
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
