Job Description
The Technical Customer Advisor plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by quarterbacking the customer fulfillment process from order to billing. This involves fulfilling customer needs and delivering service in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible for ESS.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within assigned branch territories, providing an excellent customer experience.
- Own all aspects of customer communication, both internal and external.
- Create new Waste Information Profiles (WIPs) and select appropriate approvals codes, consulting with Technical & Regulatory Specialists when needed.
- Manage customer requests for service and pick-ups, creating jobs and tickets, and working with customers to obtain required information.
- Provide support for quoting new service code categories and work with the Contract Control Manager to update customer pricebooks.
