- Lead and motivate production team to meet safety quality and production goals
- Optimize operations through continuous improvement projects
- Ensure regulatory compliance and permit adherence
- Collaborate with Gulf Plants Manager and Operations Manager on operational issues
- Oversee preventive maintenance and emergency work
- Implement and enforce safety and risk management programs
- Manage staffing training and personnel issues
- Develop a culture of Builtin Quality and strong customer relationships
- Conduct monthly safety meetings and participate in audits
- Review Key Business Indicators and manage SAP transactions
- Lead Kaizen events and identify cost reduction opportunities
