- Manage customer relationships, building trust and delivering exceptional service.
- Create new WIPs and select approvals codes, consulting with Technical & Regulatory Specialists when needed.
- Manage customer requests, creating jobs and tickets, and ensuring accurate information is collected.
- Work with the Contract Control Manager to update customer pricebooks and quote new service code categories.
