Position Purpose :
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cloud Architect to join our Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud architectures on the AWS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, assess cloud readiness, and design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions on the AWS platform.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities :
- Design and implement cloud architectures on AWS, following best practices and architectural patterns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain cloud architecture standards, guidelines, and documentation.
- Oversee the deployment and integration of cloud services, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, operations, and infrastructure teams.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure cloud security and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with AWS services, features, and best practices, and recommend improvements or new solutions as needed.
- Participate in the development of cloud strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
