The Senior Technical Sales Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within a functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Lead the team in all aspects of account growth including strategy development, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, and value communication for assigned business vertical(s).
- Define entitlement and identify areas to penetrate and grow profitability
- Interface directly with the marketing organization to drive high value solutions leveraging the company portfolio
- Serve as a conduit for solutions detailed understanding of customer's business model and how company's products and services develop and deliver added value to the customer
- Build customer relationships and communication at all levels
- Drive Value and TCO at the customer's sites with key focus on deepening customer relationships and direct demand generation
- Matrix with existing functional and P&L teams to achieve growth objectives
- Structure, price, negotiate and close deals
- Successfully interface with cross-functional teams as required
