Job Summary :
The Mechanical Maintenance Technician Lead works alongside and guides the Maintenance Technicians in their daily routines and duties as needed. At times, they will work independently performing maintenance activities. Along with the Instrument & Controls Lead, this position prioritizes preventative maintenance and other repair activities. This role maintains and leads the shift to the highest standard regarding professional attitude toward work and safety. Ensures that equipment, machinery, general repairs, installation of new equipment / systems and preventative maintenance programs are carried out efficiently and properly.
