We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Chief of Staff to join our team, reporting directly to the CEO of the Utilities division. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, playing a critical behind-the-scenes role in driving efficiency and strategic decision-making across the organization. The Chief of Staff plays a critical role in enabling the CEO to focus on high-level priorities by handling key strategic, operational, and communication tasks. Their role is multifaceted and involves both strategic thinking and tactical execution. This role is ideal for a high-performing individual who thrives on supporting executive leadership and driving impactful outcomes for the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a complementary partner to the CEO, facilitating communication and problem-solving with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic advisor, supporting innovation, driving process improvements, and ensuring key initiatives move forward.
- Pull and analyze data to inform business decisions, develop comprehensive business review materials, and create compelling presentations for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Take ownership of ad hoc processes and strategic initiatives as needed to support organizational success.
