What are the responsibilities and job description for the New & Used Car Attendant position at Vera Cadillac?
Sales Porter
- Assisting with customer deliveries
- Other duties may be assigned by management
- Provides transportation for customers
- Keeps new and used vehicle lots neat and organized as directed by management
- Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
- Cleans driveway, sidewalks and other areas as directed by management
- Drives vehicles to different areas of the dealership as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of duties
- Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Remove all trash, and perform preparatory and make-ready tasks in vacant units as assigned by the maintenance supervisor
- Update the Service Manager with status of work and communicate any potential liabilities
- Participate in teamwork and foster harmonious working climate
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge / interest in RH core furnishings business as well as food and beverage offerings
