Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in-person, via phone, and email with inquiries about plants, products, and services.
- Sales Support: Process intercompany orders, payments, and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for consultations or pick-ups and maintain an organized calendar.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain records, including customer databases, invoices, and filing systems.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and other departments, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions to customer issues.
- Display and Maintenance: Keep the front desk area tidy and presentable, restocking brochures and supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or a similar role preferred.
