Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in inventory control or related field
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Experience in the agriculture industry
- Experience with depth perception and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal inventory levels
- Process sales orders and coordinate with production team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Perform shipping and receiving duties as needed
- Maintain production schedule and ensure inventory availability for upcoming orders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Other duties as assigned
