Key Responsibilities:
Assist Key Account Managers with managing and nurturing client relationships.
Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records and order history in the system.
Analyze and sort sales data in Excel to provide insights on trends, opportunities, and performance metrics.
Create and update sales reports to help identify areas for improvement and growth.
Coordinate order fulfillment with internal teams and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
Communicate with customers as needed to address inquiries, concerns, or special requests.
Support in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for clients.
Provide administrative assistance to the sales department and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Contribute to ensuring inventory levels are aligned with sales forecasts and customer demand.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and able to manage data with accuracy.
Experience in a sales or customer support role, preferably in a nursery or horticultural setting, is a plus but not required.
Basic knowledge of plant care or an interest in gardening would be an advantage.
