As the key advisor on IP matters to the CEO and executive leadership team, this individual will be responsible for leading negotiations for licensing agreements, joint ventures, collaborations, and strategic partnerships. They will also oversee any IP litigation matters, including patent infringement cases, trade secret disputes, or trademark conflicts.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, particularly in the biotech sector. They must be able to collaborate with R&D, business development, and senior management to align IP strategy with corporate objectives.
