The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead the FP&A function, partnering with the CAO and CFO to drive strategic decision-making. This key role will develop and execute financial planning processes, analyze productivity drivers, and identify risks and opportunities to business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a best-in-class FP&A team
- Direct and coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide analytical support for business development activities
- Collaborate with accounting and other teams to ensure alignment of actual results and forecasts
- Lead process improvements and implement recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance; MBA preferred
- 15 years of progressive experience in finance/FP&A, ideally in a high-growth commercial-stage biotech company
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative leadership style
- Strong analytical skills and ability to influence decisions through data and analysis
