Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Leader

The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), will report to the Chief Accounting Officer and lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function. As a key partner to the CAO and CFO, the candidate will lead and develop a best-in-class strategic finance team that can collaboratively support a growing and evolving commercial organization.

The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), will report to the Chief Accounting Officer and lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function. As a key partner to the CAO and CFO, the candidate will lead and develop a best-in-class strategic finance team that can collaboratively support a growing and evolving commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, recruit and retain a best-in-class FP&A team.
- Direct and coordinate a semi-annual budget and operating planning process in addition to continuous updates as company objectives evolve.
- Lead strategic planning forecasting/planning process developing insights and analysis on strategic direction.
- Analyze productivity drivers, identify risks and opportunities to business performance, work cross functionally to implement recommended actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance required, MBA preferred.
- 15 years of progressive experience in finance/FP&A, ideally in a high growth commercial-stage biotech company.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative leadership style.
- Strong analytical based decision maker with a core business process focus.
