We’re growing, and we want you to be a part of it. We are currently looking for an experienced VUE Platform/System Administrator Part Time to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and adjust backend system settings to support new and existing product features.
- Oversee updates to insurance products, including implementing new features, accommodating product or carrier changes, and managing renewal configurations.
- Ensure all insurance product updates are accurately reflected in the system and aligned with carrier and operational requirements
- Implement product-related configuration changes, particularly for insurance products, as directed.
- Document system features and configurations in detail, including user-friendly guides and technical documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation reflecting the current system and configuration options.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for backend configuration-related inquiries and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the maintenance queue specialist, to identify and address misconfiguration issues promptly.
- Develop and implement processes to minimize misconfigurations and improve system reliability over time.
- Identify opportunities to optimize system settings and configurations for improved user experience and performance.
- Proactively monitor backend configurations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
- Test and validate configuration changes to ensure quality and reliability.
- Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Comp: $20 - $30 hourly
