Leading law firm, is seeking an associate with at least three years of experience in bankruptcy, workout, or related commercial litigation to join its Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group. The role includes representing lenders, both secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses in various restructuring and insolvency proceedings, including default resolutions, collections, repossessions, loan workouts, and bankruptcy matters in both federal and state courts.
Familiarity with real estate, maritime, or energy law will be considered an asset. This position offers a great chance to gain sophisticated, hands-on experience in a successful bankruptcy practice with extensive client interaction. We are looking for academically distinguished candidates with excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills to take on significant responsibilities in this dynamic and varied practice. The ideal candidate will be a diligent, proactive attorney with sharp judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
