This role is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years of legal experience in structured finance, particularly in handling various securitization products such as Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), Whole Business Securitization, Triple-Net (NNN) leases, Auto, and Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS).
Ideal Candidate

Candidates must have stable experience at an Am 100/200 law firm or boutique or mid-size firm.
Strong academic background needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent trustees, security registrars, collateral administrators, and securities administrators in structured finance transactions.
Review and negotiate primary transaction documents and agreements.
Draft and negotiate ancillary documents and agreements.
Maintain effective communication with clients and transaction counterparties.
Work collaboratively with the team to manage and support all aspects of the practice's workload.
Personal Skills/Attributes:
Strong team player, contributing to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with robust research abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail.
