Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a Healthcare-related field
- 7 years of managerial or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of healthcare security principles, program development techniques, and managerial skills
- Valid California Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (IAHSS) within 1 year of hire
- State of California Guard Card within 1 year of hire
- 2 years of healthcare security experience
- 5 years of experience in healthcare-related security programs
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Proven experience with risk management and security operations
