Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and performance goals.
Develop and integrate automation systems and robotics to enhance production speed, precision, and flexibility.
Implement mechanical improvements based on root cause analysis, using Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies to drive performance improvements.
Develop detailed project plans, including technical specifications, resource allocation, and timelines for mechanical system implementation.
Manage the testing and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring proper functionality and system validation.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design calculations, installation manuals, and maintenance guides.
Maintain comprehensive project records, including engineering change orders (ECOs), testing protocols, and performance reports.
Provide technical reports and updates on project progress, technical challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
Drive the continuous improvement of manufacturing systems by evaluating emerging technologies and mechanical innovations.

What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's Degree Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Advanced proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar)
Automation, robotics, and control systems integration.
GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering within a manufacturing or production environment.
Sitting, standing and limited lifting.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Must be able to lift, bend and stoop without restrictions.
