Must have experience with Azure, DevOps and/or GitHub, word processing, complex spreadsheets, graphics presentations and database management (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
Minimum Requirements:

Experience providing analysis for IT Operations, Infrastructure, and/or Application Development Change ManagementShould have the ability to develop and act upon change management plansBasics SkillsAbility to read, analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations
Should be able to effectively present information and respond to questions as they are presented from customers or clients
Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive innovation and differentiationProcess MappingSkills and experience with use of business process mapping techniques and templatesPublic SectorExperience working with and for public sector organizations
