Remote flexibility may be considered for strong CA - based candidates.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience and be a member of the CA Bar.
You will report directly to a partner and, based on your experience, you may be the primary attorney managing your cases.
Responsibilities include handling court appearances, managing discovery, conducting depositions, preparing and arguing motions, participating in mediations and pre-trial preparations, and potentially engaging in trial work.
You will also provide regular updates to clients.
Skills and Certifications
A minimum of 1 year of Civil Litigation experience after graduating law school.
A member of the CA Bar
