Description: We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven expert to own and execute strategies that drive client acquisition and loyalty. This role blends eCommerce, CRM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to maximize client lifetime value (LTV) across our subscriber journey and digital storefront. You’ll be responsible for managing our lifecycle marketing program including subscription and CRM, as well as our website testing and optimization program.
Roles/ Responsibilities:
Subscription & CRM Optimization
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize client retention, loyalty, and LTV across email, SMS, and the subscriber portal.
- Optimize the subscriber experience by managing benefits, offers, partnerships, and win-back strategies.
- Own and enhance the subscriber portal, ensuring seamless user experience, engagement, and value delivery.
- Own the strategy and execution of CRM campaigns, flows, and newsletters across email and SMS in Klaviyo (with graphic design support for content creation and agency support for execution) including lead capture, newsletter messaging and segmentation strategy and acquisition and retention flows.
- Collaborate with creative teams to integrate subscription benefits into CRM messaging and flows.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize messaging and personalization strategies for different audience segments.
- Analyze performance metrics and reporting, using insights to inform testing, optimizations, and strategy shifts.
E-commerce & CRO Optimization
- Own the eCommerce testing roadmap, implementing A/B and multivariate testing across site pages to optimize conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and subscriber growth.
- Manage site merchandising & product positioning, ensuring high-performing products, offers, and content are featured to maximize revenue and engagement.
- Oversee website user experience (UX) optimizations, identifying friction points in the customer journey and executing improvements.
- Collaborate with our development agency to implement CRO-focused site enhancements, including checkout optimizations, upsells, and personalization tactics.
- Monitor and analyze on-site behavior, using insights to drive informed decision-making and improve key performance metrics.
Experience/Qualifications:
- This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring expertise in Klaviyo, Shopify, and e-commerce subscription platforms to drive retention, engagement, and revenue.
- Experience: 3-5 years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or eCommerce role with hands-on experience in email/SMS strategies and CRO optimization (prior Health & wellness industry experience is a plus)!
- Hands-On Execution: Proven ability to plan, build, and execute campaigns and flows in Klaviyo experience managing Shopify storefronts (experience with subscriber programs/ platforms such as StayAI / Recharge/ Skio is a plus)
- Strategic & Detail-Oriented: Able to execute detailed tasks while understanding the big picture of retention goals.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think big-picture while also executing at a detailed level to maximize retention, loyalty, and client value.
- Client-Centric: Passion for understanding client needs and creating delightful, engaging experiences.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform and improve CRM and subscription strategies.

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
