We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager with technical experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for delivering user-centric solutions. Experience with Identity Access Management solutions is required and experience with Entra ID is a plus.

Responsibilities of Role :
- Lead Product Discovery : Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify user needs and market opportunities.
- Define Product Vision : Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and customer insights.
- Prioritize Product Backlog : Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Drive Experimentation : Design and implement A / B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of product changes on user behavior and key metrics.
- Analyze Data : Use analytics tools to gather insights on user engagement, retention, and conversion, informing future product decisions and iterations.
- Iterate Based on Feedback : Continuously gather user feedback and iterate on product features to improve user experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor Industry Trends : Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities and threats in the market.
- Champion User-Centric Design : Advocate for a user-centered approach in product development, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the forefront of design decisions.
- Communicate Progress : Regularly report on product performance and experimentation outcomes to stakeholders, providing transparency and insights into the product lifecycle.

Base Pay Range $75-$85 W2 Hourly
