We are seeking a Director of Marketing Planning and Operations to join our team at Pantone. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that generate demand for Pantone products and services, enhance brand awareness and engagement while safeguarding our beloved brand, and deepen our understanding and relationships with our customers.
This is a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional global teams to ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies and tactics to drive market demand growth for Pantone's portfolio of solutions.
You will be a hands-on and involved marketing leader, exhibiting a high level of leadership in communication, emotional intelligence, and a strong business-driving, yet servant-leader mindset, with extensive marketing expertise as you manage a team and influence other cross-functional leaders and team members.
The salary range for this role is $145,000 - $180,000 USD per year.
This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your marketing expertise and work closely with the Product Marketing and Product Management teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that would help Pantone reach its strategic business objectives.
- Develop cohesive and integrated marketing efforts that drive results and drive cross-functional global teams to ensure proper implementation.
- Oversee team to manage marketing project tasks and maintain excellent organization and coordination among the cross-functional team.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on-time, while communicating any changes or delays that may affect related processes.
- Support product marketing and product management teams to develop a robust marketing calendar with compelling, impactful, and brand consistent campaigns that are resonant with target audiences.
- Oversee the team responsible for monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Utilize data and insights to assess effectiveness, pinpoint areas for ongoing improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of marketing experience required with management and leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related degree.
- Advanced degree and/or MBA is highly preferred.
