About the Company
This role serves a key business unit (BioPier) within Veramed. The role will provide critical contracts, project management and client support, working closely with the CEO of of BioPier, Veramed ELT, Veramed Support Services (Finance, Account Management, C&P, Sales, PM) and other cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Support liaison with current and potential clients in relation to proposals, contracts, Statement of Work (SOWs) and amendments
Oversee the development of client proposals including collaboration with key BioPier / Veramed staff to develop budgets and compile quality proposal documents
Oversee the tracking of all BioPier client proposals from the initial request for proposal through to the opportunity award
Oversee the preparation of responses to requests for information, pre-qualification questionnaires, invitations to tender and requests for proposals
Attend internal and external meetings that are part of the bid
Support BioPier / Veramed teams in preparation for bid defense meetings
Collaborate with the Contracts and Proposals team to keep them abreast of the entire contract lifecycle inclusive of changes, and additions, so that the CRM system is updated accordingly
Maintain relationships and contracts with resource partners
Create and maintain a tracking and management system of all business contracts (CDAs, MSAs, Service Agreements and Work Orders) in line with applicable SOPs, BPs and Guidelines
Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the contracts department with the strategic goals of the organization
Monitor and track contract milestones, deliverables, and compliance requirements
Prepare, collaborate on and lead the design and development of Biopier and Veramed pitch decks for bid defense meetings and as sales collateral
Qualifications
BSc, MSc or PhD in Business or Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 7 years of relevant industry experience working with budgets, proposals, contracts, and change management
Required Skills
Understanding of clinical drug development process
Proficiency in managing CRM solutions, such as Salesforce
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of successfully working in a multi-cultural and matrix environment
Interpersonal / teamwork skills for effective interactions
Self-management skills with a focus on results for timely and accurate completion of competing deliverables
Demonstrated problem solving ability and attention to detail
Leadership experience (people and / or projects)
Ability to make informed and appropriate decisions
