We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Finance to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a passion for real estate development and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Handling all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Managing month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Preparing, managing and reconciling construction loan draws.
- Preparing quarterly distribution statements and disbursements to investors.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in the real estate industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures, including GAAP.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
