Director of Finance
We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Finance to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare, manage, and reconcile construction loan draws.
- Develop and distribute quarterly statements and disbursements to investors.
- Collaborate with tax advisors to facilitate annual audits and tax filings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in the real estate industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures, including GAAP.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Quickbooks.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
