Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Shipping Associate to join our team in Richmond/Rosenberg, Texas. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working at a pack-and-ship store and be comfortable assisting customers with shipping tasks, operating office equipment, and using industry-standard shipping software.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with packing shipments securely and efficiently.
- Process shipping transactions using industry-standard software.
- Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, scanners, laminators, and photocopiers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and helping customers select the best shipping options.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Prior experience working at a pack-and-ship store is mandatory.
- Familiarity with shipping software (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS systems).
- Ability to lift and move packages of various sizes.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable handling office equipment such as scanners, printers, and laminators.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
