Veraz Advisors is seeking a top-performing advisor to spearhead our expansion into San Jose . This is your chance to run a solo office with full marketing and lead generation support—allowing you to focus on what you do best : meeting with clients, building financial plans, and closing business.

Office Leadership : Take charge of Veraz Advisors' San Jose expansion office with support from our established San Ramon headquarters.

Proven Lead System : Leverage our marketing funnel and client seminar programs to maintain a steady flow of clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the San Jose Expansion Office

Manage the office independently, with support from the main San Ramon office.

Conduct 5-8 client appointments per week initially, increasing to 4 per day.

Build and present customized retirement and investment plans tailored to each client's needs.

Close business efficiently and ensure smooth client onboarding.

Client Relationship Development

Turn one client into many through referrals and introductions to family and friends.

Participate in educational workshops and deliver engaging 3-10 minute segments.

Develop long-term client relationships that foster future business opportunities.

Retirement Planning & Wealth Solutions

Guide clients on wealth preservation, managed AUM strategies, and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

Execute rollovers, asset transfers, and develop retirement income plans.

Provide Social Security optimization strategies and tax-efficient withdrawal solutions.

Compliance & Professional Growth

Maintain active Life Insurance and Series 65 licenses (or equivalent).

Adhere to fiduciary standards and regulatory guidelines.

Stay informed on industry trends and follow Veraz Advisors' proven processes for success.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

3-5 years of experience as a financial advisor (background at firms like Merrill Lynch or Edward Jones preferred).

Active Life Insurance License & Series 65 License (or equivalent).

Proven track record of closing financial planning business and managing client relationships.

Familiar with fee-based planning, AUM growth strategies, and fixed indexed annuities.

Self-starter capable of running an office independently while remaining coachable and collaborative.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in a high-volume advisory setting with pre-set appointments.

Background in RIA firms, fee-based planning, or annuity / insurance sales.

Transferable book of business is a plus but not required.

Proven ability to develop referral networks and expand client bases.
