We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Crowdfunding Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying crowdfunding issuers and potential issuers and promoting our crowdfunding platform and associated services, including our crowdfunding TV show. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of crowdfunding rules and regulations and marketing crowd funding campaigns, including digital marketing, and sales tactics that resonate with entrepreneurs, startups, and creators looking to launch successful crowdfunding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new issuers for our crowdfunding platform.
- Create customized proposals, presentations, and sales collateral for potential issuer clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness of and engagement with our crowdfunding platform.
- Leverage social media, content marketing, and email campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
- Collaborate with our in-house content and creative teams to create engaging blog posts, webinars, case studies, and video content related to crowdfunding.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for new and existing issuer clients, providing support and ensuring successful onboarding to the platform.
- Provide ongoing consultation to clients, helping them optimize their crowdfunding campaigns for maximum success.
- Gather customer feedback and work with product and development teams to improve the platform’s features and user experience.
Industry Networking & Thought Leadership:
- Stay up to date with the latest crowdfunding trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Participate in crowdfunding events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the platform.
- Position the company as a thought leader in the crowdfunding space by contributing to industry discussions and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on crowdfunding platforms or the tech startup ecosystem.
- In-depth knowledge of crowdfunding platforms, campaign structures, and how crowdfunding works (e.g., rewards-based, equity crowdfunding, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas simply and persuasively.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment.
- A passion for entrepreneurship, startups, and digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with crowdfunding campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing tools.
- Experience working with B2B sales in a SaaS or technology environment.
