The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) position is an administrative and clinical leadership position that provides clinical oversight for a team of therapists and clients. The role of the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is to assess clients, develop treatment plans, oversee the training and implementation of the client’s programs, and provide family training. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) works closely with the Program Director and Program Coordinator to facilitate day to day operations of the center.

Compensation & Schedules
- Compensation: $85 - $95 per hour
- Unlimited Referral Bonuses: Generous referral bonuses - no limitations!
- Paid BACB Supervision opportunities: Up to an additional $8k per year!
- Schedule: This position operates partially in a professional office environment as well as in a classroom based 1:1 instructional setting. Must be available onsite 2 or 4 days per week (Mon/Wed, Tues/Thurs, or Mon-Thurs) 4:15pm-6:45pm with a variety of remote work as well as additional work in client's homes, school or community settings also available.

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) position is an administrative and clinical leadership position that provides clinical oversight for a team of therapists and clients. The role of the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is to assess clients, develop treatment plans, oversee the training and implementation of the client’s programs, and provide family training. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) works closely with the Program Director and Program Coordinator to facilitate day to day operations of the center.
Responsibilities
As a BCBA, you will:
- Ensure clients are in a safe and positive environment at all times.
- Oversee a team of clients receiving services.
- Oversee clinical performance of therapists.
- Supervise Therapist 1:1 sessions, conduct individual family training, develop treatment plans, and provide 1:1 instruction services when necessary per the BACB standards and company policy.
- Uphold the BACB ethical code and CASP practice guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies as outlined in the Employment Agreement, Staff Manual, and Company Policies.
- Collaborate with other professionals for coordination of care for each individual client.
- Ensure classroom staff behavior is appropriate and professional and provide performance management and disciplinary action in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
- Mentor and train BCBAs new to the field of ABA and BCBAs who are new to VB.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
About You:
- You need a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- You need to be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
- You need to be licensed in the state of Maryland or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire.
- You need to be dedicated to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to our clients and their families.
- BLS/CPR certification including pediatric BLS/CPR

- Movements in response to aggressive and self-injurious behavior
- Ability to move quickly and confidently to intervene in situations when protective carries or environmental arrangement are deemed necessary
- Ability to pursue a bolting student, including but not limited to: running, moving quickly from side to side
- Successful completion of Safety Care training and Re-Certifications
- Including but not limited to: pivoting, knee squats, shuffling front and backwards, and carrying children
