Compensation & Schedules:
- Compensation: Verbal Beginnings offers hourly positions ranging from $80.00 - $85.00 per hour worked providing medically authorized ABA services, and full-time salaried positions starting at $80,000.00 - $90,000.00!
- Schedules: Field-based caseloads are based on the BCBA's schedule availability, distance to cases, and their personal goals.

Qualifications of the Clinical Supervisor - BCBA:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Completion of BCBA supervision training.
- Hold a current state license in the state you intend to provide services, or be in process to acquire it.
- Excellent communication skills and excitement to work with others!
