We are currently supporting a pharmaceutical service provider in their search for an experienced Depot Manager. This business specialises in logistics, storage, and distribution services within the pharmaceutical sector, offering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of their clients.
📍 Location: Onsite, 5 days a week in Malvern, PA
The Role
As Depot Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the depot, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and leading a dedicated team. This role will require a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the depot, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.
- Manage and lead the depot team, driving performance and fostering a positive working environment. Managing a team of up to 20.
- Ensure the safe storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor and improve operational processes to maximise efficiency and quality.
- Manage budgets, resources, and KPIs to achieve operational targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet client requirements and maintain strong relationships.
- Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance.
Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within pharmaceutical logistics, storage, or distribution.
- A strong understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) regulations and industry compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
