- Create step-by-step written process documentation and develop visual diagrams (e.g., flowcharts) to depict workflows clearly and accurately.
- Maintain an organized repository of process documentation, ensuring accessibility and version control.
- Standardize process documentation by adhering to established templates and guidelines.
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or opportunities for improvement within existing workflows.
- Present findings, recommendations, and updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive business and financial information.
