The Biorefinery Operations Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvement plans, collaborating with the team to enhance process control, quality yields, and reduce defects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial setting.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead fermentation strategies for the biorefinery.
- Develop and use key measures that drive performance for each unit operation.
- Participate in equipment specification and procurement for the biorefinery and provide technical expertise.
- Facilitate investigations using techniques such as RCFA, FMCA, 5 why.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree from an accredited institution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- At least 3 years of experience in process engineering
