Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fermentation strategies for the biorefinery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement to improve process control, quality yields, and reduce defects.
- Develop and use key measures that drive performance for each unit operation.
- Participate in equipment specification and procurement for the biorefinery and provide technical expertise.
- May be asked to facilitate investigations using techniques such as RCFA, FMCA, 5 why.
- Provide technical support during unplanned events and planned outages.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4 Year Engineering Degree
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Minimum 3 years of process engineering experience in an industrial setting
