About the Role :
Preference will be given to candidates in the following locations : SF Bay Area, PST time zone.
What You Will Do :
- Develop training content and programs specific to the needs of the field team, focusing on Vercel’s platform and products.
- Deliver training sessions that are informative and practical, ensuring field team members can apply what they learn in customer engagements.
- Create resources such as knowledge guides, case studies, and best practice job aids to support the field’s ongoing development.
- Work with Product and Engineering to stay up-to-date with product developments and reflect these in the training programs.
- Assess the impact of training on field performance and adapt programs as needed.
- Partner with Sales Engineering leaders to represent the field team’s feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to inform future product improvements.
- Support field teams in the development of value engineering strategies to support the sales and renewals process.

Salary :
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $132,000.00 - $198,000.00. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience, and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your location during the hiring process.
