The Role: Commercial Mortgage Broker

As a Commercial Mortgage Broker with VerdadCRES™, you will have the opportunity to:

• Facilitate and negotiate commercial mortgage transactions.

Requirements:

• Current NMLS License or ability to obtain within 1 month of employment
• Documented book of business and mortgage origination success (preferred)
• Competency in financial aspects of commercial property analysis.
• Proficiency in mortgage research, analysis, and underwriting.
• Bachelor's degree in business (preferred) or relevant field experience.
• Exceptional communication skills for advising clients and lending partners on mortgage strategies.
