Business Analyst Terms : 6 month contract with high possibility of extensionLocation : San Jose, CA / Lehi, UT / San Francisco, CAWork schedule details : hybrid, 2-3 days onsite - must be onsite day 1Interview : VideoAM UPDATES : Qualtrics and / or Adobe's Analytics platforms Agile / Scrum experience MedalliaRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field 2-4 years of experience at a Technology Software as a Service (Saas) company 2-4 years of experience with project management Proficient with HTML / CSS and Javascript Experience configuring SaaS software solutions or conducting technical trainings, preferably Qualtrics and / or Adobe's Analytics platforms Superb communicator and problem-solver Demonstrated success in working with digital product teams - leading collaboration between external and internal engineering, UX, project management & product teams; shipping products that deliver results. Strong analytical skills and a drive to experiment; ability to use data to drive decision making in product development Ability to manage complex builds through thoughtful prioritization and disciplines that drive towards delivery Agile / Scrum experience is preferred.Experience in technologies such as Medallia is preferred
