A Senior Data Analyst is sought to utilize strong technical, analytical, and collaboration skills to ensure aligned data between multiple systems of record, specifically related to customers and associated meters. This role will involve research, documentation, and planning to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in identifying data quality issues across multiple systems of record
* Develop action plans to clean data and implement controls to prevent future discrepancies
* Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and communicate project plans
* Apply BPMN and business process visualization techniques to model workflows and data analysis
* Utilize Prosci ADKAR model for change management and implementation
* Experience working with COTS systems and/or legacy system replacements preferred
Technical Skills:
* ArchiMate
* BPMN and business process visualization
* Prosci ADKAR model
* Prosci Change Management
* Extensive utility-based experience in data quality identification, analysis, and improvement
* Strong communication and elicitation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Working knowledge of Prosci ADKAR model
* Experience diagramming information/data architecture in ArchiMate
* Business process modeling, workflows, and data analysis expertise
