Title : Data / Business AnalystLocation : Seattle, WA - present remote with travel if that is all we havePosition : Hybrid - Data / Business Analyst Team : Seattle City Light Current Project : A Senior Data Analyst with strong technical, analytical and collaboration skills. This role will assist in the research, documentation and planning necessary steps to ensure aligned data between multiple systems of record, specifically related to customers and associated meters. Technical Skills : Must have Archimate, Experience applying BPMN and business process visualizationProsci ADKAR modelProsci Change Management Extensive utility-based experience identifying data quality issues, developing action plans to clean data across multiple systems of record, and identifying controls to prevent data from going out of sync in the future Strong elicitation and communication skills Experience applying BPMN and business process visualization Experience diagramming information / data architecture in Archimate Working knowledge of Prosci® ADKAR model Experience with business process modeling, workflows, and data analysis.
