Terms : All Capgemini contracts are ongoing with a right to hire after 3 months. Conversion at 90 days is rare and pre-specified by Capgemini, but the right to hire remains in place.

Required Qualifications :
- Must have strong hold on Mainframe COBOL, VSAM, JCL and DB2 & CICS. Knowledge on Agile, rally.
- Should be well familiar with File manager, IBM JCL utilities, version control tool like Changeman / endevor.
- Should have knowledge of scheduling tools like TWS / CA7.
- Have experienced in managing a team of 2-4 people.
- Knowledge of Service Now / any ticketing system tool.
- Good to have Insurance domain knowledge.
- Must have prior experience of direct client interaction, excellent interpersonal skills, professional approach and quick learner
